My name is Emily McKinnon, and I am proud to be a part of the Kindergarten Special Education team at Beauregard Elementary School. My passion for the field of special education led me to choose this career. I graduated with a B.S. degree in early childhood special education from Auburn University. I am also currently pursuing a master’s degree in early childhood special education from Auburn University. 

My goal is to help your child to become life-long learners and I believe each child is an integral part of our classroom community. I am excited to meet each student and see their passion for learning prosper! 

Outside the classroom, I enjoy attending CrossFit classes, spending time with family, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers!
