My name is Mrs. Dake and I am so excited about starting a great year at Beauregard Elementary School! This will be my 10th year teaching, but my second year in third grade. I am from Prattville, Alabama, which is where I started my teaching career. I started in 5th and 6th grade math...then went on to teach second grade...then first grade (which is where I've spent the majority of my time) and fourth grade. I graduated from Huntingdon College in Montgomery in 2015 with my Bachelors degree and Troy University in 2018 with my Masters degree. I live in Opelika with my husband, Will, who coaches football at Beauregard High School,  my two sons- Baker and Baylor, and our sassy little Chihuahua, Chipper. 

Like I said before, I am so excited about starting this year and cannot wait to meet my new third grade class!
