    Information and Instructions

     

    Current Students:

    Current students may fill out a transcript request form in the counseling office.

    Former Students:

    Former students may complete a transcript request form and return it to Mrs. Saggus, the Beauregard High School Registrar. A fee of $5.00 will be applicable for requests made more than one year following the year of graduation.

    If you are unable to access the transcript form, email the following information to bgh.registrar@lee.k12.al.us. Please include a screenshot of your PayPams payment confirmation.

         Student’s Current Name

         Student’s name while attending Beauregard High School

         Date of Birth

         Graduation Year or Last Date Attended

         Where to send the transcript – College, University, Military or Business

         How you would like to transcript sent – mail or email

         The mailing address or the email address for the transcript

    Payment Information:

    You may pay the transcript fee by registering at: www.paypams.com

    Once you have registered and created a PayPams account, click on Transcripts and send a screenshot of the payment confirmation and your transcript request form to: bgh.registrar@lee.k12.al.us
