Homebound/Hospital Program

GENERAL EDUCATION PROGRAM K-12

Homebound placement and instruction requires a physician's prescription for homebound services. The physician's prescription must include date of return to school. Lee County Schools require that an adult family member be present during homebound instruction by a certified teacher.

SPECIAL EDUCATION PROGRAM K-12

The IEP Committee determines homebound services for a Special Education Student. Lee County Schools require that an adult family member be present during homebound instruction by a certified teacher.
